Androgynoceras is a extinct species of Ammonite which is commonly found on England’s Jurassic Coast in Dorset but can also be found such places Austria, France, Germany, Serbia and Montenegro, Spain and Switzerland.

The whorls of the shells of the Lower Jurassic of the genus Androgynoceras are almost circular in cross section. The thick ribs are separated by wide spaces and always cross venter. The tubercles are not always adequately pronounced.
