Dromaeosauridae is a family of feathered theropod dinosaurs. They were small to medium-sized feathered carnivores that flourished in the Cretaceous Period. The name Dromaeosauridae means 'running lizards’. Also some time referred to as Raptors, because of one of the most familiar Dromaeosaurids the Velociraptor.

Dromaeosaurid fossils have been found across the globe in country such as North America, Europe, Africa, China and Mongolia.
