Are all of your products in stock?

Yes, all of the items shown on the website are in stock, subject to recent purchases.
We do have more stock on display at the shop, and we do try to add to the website as the new stock comes in.

Sometimes products will be show as out of stock if we are awaiting a delivery. As many of our products are imported from all over the world and as many are unique we cannot be specific as to how long items may be out of stock and it may be that from time to time we may not be able to source some items.

 
Can I visit you to see the item before I buy

Yes, many of our customers  visit our shop in Waterloo,  so that they can examine more closely the items they are interested in, as well as look at our full range in side the shop. 


 
Do you ship abroad?

We regret that for various commercial reasons we are unable to ship to the USA, Canada, Asia and Europe. UK postals address only.

 
I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

Yes, of course! You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.

 
What types of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal to accept payments through the website (you don't need a PayPal account), Just follow our online checkout procedure....

Or you can come to our Waterloo shop and pay by Card or Cash.

We regret we cannot take payments over the phone.
