Dalmatian Jasper Skull (REF:DJS1)

With its name because of the white to cream and black spot patterns similar to that of the breed of dog, Dalmatian Stone or more commonly know as Dalmatian Jasper is actually incorrectly termed as a Japser.  This is a trade name for a peraklakine rock (microgranite, aplite or rhyolite) consisting of dark spots (arfvedsonite) on a light (mostly feldspar) background.
