Purpurite (REF:PURP3)

Purpurite is a Manganese Iron Phosphate mineral. The amount of iron depends upon its source & oxidation produces the distinctive purple shade. With a range of colours from brownish black via purple & violet to dark red.

Colour may rub off on fingers, causing fading.
