Here at London Fossils and Crystals we use Seraphinite as an ‘Angel stone’, especially supportive during emotional times and a nice crystal to send with a loved ones.  It is a beautiful crystal, especially when you can see the feathers of an Angels wings.  Please note not all Seraphinite will display these feathers, it is something I look for when buying Seraphinite pieces.

Used in mediation, Seraphinite is said to be a stone of spiritual enlightenment and is excellent for accessing self-healing.

This stone may promote living from the heart and has a gently cleansing effect on the heart chakra, opening to love.

Seraphinite is a variety of Clinochlore, a hydrous magnesium iron aluminium silicate, its crystal system is monoclinic.

Seraphinite is found only in the Lake Baikal region of Siberia. It is characterised by its deep green colour, laced with shimmering patterns of silver that move with changing angles of light reflection. Seraphinite derives its name from its perceived link to the Seraphim, the highest order of angels.
