STAR MICA
Given the name 'Star Mica’ because of some say natural formations resemble a star, Mica is widely distributed and occurs in igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary regimes. Micas are among the most instantly recognisable of minerals, with their flaky, almost transparent layers.
These aluminium silicates are also among the most common of all the rock-forming minerals and major ingredients in all three rock types.

QURATZ
Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in the Earth’s continental crust, after feldspar.

It's made up of a continuous framework of silicon-oxygen tetrahedra, with each oxygen being shared between two tetrahedra, giving an overall formula SiO2

Quartz crystals are said to amplify both body energy and thoughts and may provide for clarity in thinking to enable thoughts to more effectively influence matter.
Also it is said to dispel static electricity and provide for conversion and re-direction of energy towards a beneficial state. The natural tendency of quartz is for harmony.
A spiritual crystal used for many generations for healing, focusing on its magical directional energy getting to the "heart” of the disorder whether it is emotional, mental or physical, enabling one to feel more capable on reaching their desires in life.
